Losing weight is hard work and needs commitment. If you’re weight loss plan has stalled here are some tips to get you back on track.

You are not a failure! So get that out of your mind right now. Losing weight isn’t dependent on whether or not you have been ‘good’ or ‘bad’. Focus instead on the success you have had in shedding the first five pounds.

You already know how to lose weight and the proof is in the reality that you weigh five pounds less than you did six weeks ago. So you do not require to learn anything new!

Do not worry so much about what other people are thinking. Losing weight is a very personal matter, and although it is great to have friends that motivate you, they can also hold you back with criticism and disapproval if they think you are not losing weight fast enough.

Do not advertise your journey. Again, losing weight is an individual matter. If you advertise to all and sundry that you are on a weight loss journey, you are really putting yourself under the microscope every time you go out. Do you really need those disapproving looks as you put regular salad dressing on your salad when you are out for lunch with co-workers or friends? Of course not.
