When you were a toddler, safe in your mother’s arms, your greatest wish would have been to walk from one end of the room to the other with those god-given, tiny feet. But now that you have grownup over the years, there is nothing you would quite not do to keep out of the way of using those legs.
Merely said, no one likes to walk lately. They would rather slump infront of the wheel or skate throughout distances than walk a more than one strides leastwise to remind themselves that they were born with legs which had better be put to use.
Perchance it’s the easiness of the act that has brushed apart walking as a popular exercise that did not a single soul any good. Even when jogging won the trophy as the world’s most suggested fat-burning activity, no one considered walking for weight loss.
