The reason why dieting Is Not A Happy State
When the man in the diet, even in the same emotional roller coaster as the hunger-strikers. Hypocrisy, commitment and idealism all slowly sinking in, such as hunger bites deeper into the soul. Restlessness, anxiety and depression take their place. And as the days goes by, you become mentally and physically weaker and weaker… The diet is causing you – create a world that is not true and maintains a series of bad habit that is almost certainly gain a long-term.
After a few days or weeks, the food, the inevitable happens. Is that ‘what the hell the moment. This is the time when you decide if you’ve had enough of all the hunger, poverty and denial, and let the temptation. You would say yes to that part of the meal were negative for weeks. You give, then you can afford, and for a moment, it feels wonderful. Truly awe-inspiring beautiful. And satisfying too! The ideas are those that follow the cancellation, loss of control and guilt. Then I think, ‘What the hell, I have broken my diet, what does it matter if another piece? ‘So yes. And not that make you feel better? It is sure to satisfy the desire for fine food. But soon after the guilt really kicks big time.
You are ashamed of myself because now the ‘failure’. And perhaps even angry. Do you feel frustrated in that a ‘weak’. Angry with the world that you’re fat. You may use any disappointment, then depression. And you yourself, to dispense with the bacon there is no chance to ever be slim. Finally, the return to consciousness – even after you take a diet.
See the pattern? Yo-yo diet leads to unhappiness sustainable. It’s a habit. A bad habit. You are constantly replaced by a series of negative emotions following the cycle continues. If you do not break the diet habit will spend your life, that fat and miserable. This is what life is going?
