You’re more likely to consume junk foods in times of stress than or else, as people typically derive enormous comfort from these delicious foods. Once you get stress out, weight loss would happen to easier for you.
If something or someone is bothering you, think about how to bypass or get rid of that thing or individual. Also, don’t bring your office workload back home; leave office work at office itself.
